Tap on the list name that is in the top center of the app. Here, you will see all of your other lists, Click on another list to view it. 

When you are looking at a list, click on the list name in the top center of the app, then click on "List Properties".  Here, you can delete the list. 

When you tap on an item from any list, you are then brought to a screen to edit that item. Here, there is a "Move" button, so you can move the item to another list. 

Deleting a shared list will only remove the list from your device. Other people sharing the list on their devices will still be able to see and edit it.
