Once you share your list, friends and family can make changes to it. As long as your device is connected to a network, your list should sync every time a person sharing your list makes a change. If you don’t see the update, pull down on the list with your finger and release to refresh the list.


If you continue to experience syncing issues, please try the steps below. If these do not work, please create a ticket with support so that we can investigate


(1) Make sure the most up to date version of the app are installed on your phones.

(2) Keep the most up to date version of the list on one phone, and delete it off the other phone

(3) Pull down on the most up to date list, which should sync with our server

(4) Mail the list to the phone that deleted it

(5) Load the list on the phone that deleted it, and pull down on the list on this phone to sync it with our server.
